If, for any reason, you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Return Policy outlines the steps to make things right. Please review the details below to understand our process.

Return Eligibility

We offer returns on eligible items purchased from bluewest.shop within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in its original condition, unused, and free from damage (e.g., no scratches, stains, or alterations).
  • The item is returned in its original packaging, including any protective materials provided.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is included with the return.

Note: Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., furniture with custom dimensions, finishes, or designs) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us to confirm eligibility for custom orders.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

  2. Receive Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved, along with return shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the item to the address provided in the RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (processed via our secure Stripe payment gateway). Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

Damaged or Defective Items
